Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.

Additionally included in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a key labelling distinct parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
